Meet at the park gates on the corner of Oak Lane and Firtree Drive at 1.30pm.
Walk for Health Liverpool is a series of short, guided walks around the parks and open spaces of Liverpool. Walking is a great way to help you reduce stress, help you lose weight, lower your blood pressure and reduce your chances of having a heart attack or stroke or contracting certain cancers. It's also a great way to see new places, meet new friends, get fit and have fun! All walks are led by qualified Walk Leaders which allows you to walk entirely at your own pace. The walks last no more than 1 hour and are no more than 2 miles in length, but you can stop and start as much as you like. You can also receive free gym passes if you walk regularly. Free refreshments available.
