The Wellbeing Portfolio enters its final year.
The North West Healthy Living Network's successful Wellbeing Portfolio is now in its final year. The 5 year lottery funded programme has helped thousands of people in the North West. Infact the initial target of 50,000 people benefitting has been well exceeded with people showing significant improvements around their healthy eating, physical activity & mental health. It is hoped that even more people will benefit during the portfolios final year and that there will be more success stories to come.
